a button's url is entirely determined by the sha256 of its bytes, and the first hex digit determines the bucket, where:
0-3 -> bucket 0
4-7 -> bucket 1
8-b -> bucket 2
c-f -> bucket 3

(this is only because neocities limits each site to 100k files!). with this schema, a button's URL is completely determined by its bytes :)
